"Completely unethical. This was my first auto insurance policy. Prior to January, I was covered under my parents’ policy with Adam Rope. When I purchased my truck, we obtained a quote for a completely separate policy in my name, which was clearly communicated. Four months into my six-month policy, my balance unexpectedly increased by $63 with no explanation. I reached out via the app and received no response for two days, prompting me to call. Afterward, I was informed that I had initially received a multi-vehicle discount because I was still mistakenly linked to my parents’ policy—despite our clear request for a fully separate policy. While Nathan Young was professional, he confirmed the error was on their end but stated that I was still responsible for the additional charge. I continually fought and said that they owe this and they should be covering the cost as this is their mistake I had nothing to do with, but that is not how they operate. This effectively made their mistake my financial responsibility, which I find to be undoubtedly unethical. Although Nathan offered policy changes to reduce my policy cost, my concern is not the amount—it is the lack of accountability and unethical behavior."
