"I used to be a customer with this location before we moved our insurance after leaving the Waxahachie area. This office calls me every once in a while to try to sell us insurance again. Well they just called me again yesterday twice and left a voicemail. since those calls, i've received 5 spam calls and one spam text message from random numbers trying to sell me insurance, and I haven't received any spam calls or texts like this in years. I haven't been shopping insurance, so i think this agency somehow has set me up on a spam list or sold my info."

"You submitted my accident inorrectly to the consumer credit people at Nexis lexis causing me to be uninsurable or it would cost $6000 for 6 months cash up front if I could find an insurer. You cost me thousands and had me blacklisted because someone fell short in doing the paperwork over there. I have struggled the last 6 months trying to resolve this disaster and hardship you created. When I asked you for help you gave me responses blaming me for this situation instead of double checking your system to try to determine what went wrong. You even publicly shamed me on this review stating it's because of my not at fault accidents, if you had enough effort to pull up my information from a review complaint, I only wished you would have put forth the same effort in trying to find where y'all went wrong. You had the chance to be that good neighbor you claim to be. All in all, my rates are back to normal after I disputed your submissions to Nexis lexis, I'm with progressive, the people who actually took the time to deep dive my reports and guide me to the correct channels to resolve the life altering headache you created. I can't believe y'all did this to me. You did me dirty."

While at the agency level we are here to help with policy questions and concerns, unfortunately these decisions come from the corporate level. After a thorough review, the non-renewal was based on the overall loss history of your policy. Specifically, there has been a significant disproportion between the premiums paid and the claims paid out on your behalf over the past several years. This imbalance played a key role in the underwriting decision. We truly value your business and understand this may be upsetting."
