"Title:*Punished for Using the Insurance I Pay For – State Farm Is a Disgrace* I was a loyal State Farm customer for years, faithfully paying my premiums and even opting in for extra services like roadside assistance. But the moment I actually *used* those services—whether it was calling for a tow, replacing a busted taillight, or, worst of all, being forced to file a claim when a driver without insurance totaled my vehicle—State Farm treated me like a problem instead of a valued customer. Let me be clear: I was dropped from their policy *for using the coverage I paid for*. What is the point of having insurance if you're penalized for using it? I'm required by law to carry insurance, I paid for this coverage without fail, and the second it became inconvenient for them, they cast me aside. State Farm talks a big game about being a "good neighbor," but neighbors don’t slam the door in your face when you need help. They’ll gladly take your money, but if you actually file claims—no matter how justified—they’ll label you high-risk and drop you. It's a shameful, predatory practice and a perfect example of what's wrong with the insurance industry. If you're thinking of signing up with State Farm, think long and hard. Because the second you actually need them, you may find yourself abandoned, just like I was. Follow up reply , thank you for providing additional reasons for policy non-renewal publicly for everyone to see (if that's even legal ) and thank you for reiterating that State farm can choose to cancel policies when we utilize uninsured motorist premiums and the additional full coverage that I pay in case someone with limited liability doesn't fully cover the incident. So we drop policies when people use their insurance for what it is intended for. We don't just purchase insurance because it's the law we purchase insurance for the confidence of knowing that everything will be okay if an unexpected event occurred. apparently with State farm that's not how insurance is supposed to work."
"Corey, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the non-renewal of your policy. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. While at the agency level we are here to help with policy questions and concerns, unfortunately these decisions come from the corporate level. After a thorough review, the non-renewal was based on the overall loss history of your policy. Specifically, there has been a significant disproportion between the premiums paid and the claims paid out on your behalf over the past several years. This imbalance played a key role in the underwriting decision. We truly value your business and understand this may be upsetting."

"I had the pleasure of speaking w/ Amanda & Bre, checking out insurances this week and in the past, due to the amounts of payment going up each year. Comparing apples to apples I have never found an insurance company cheaper than State Farms. I will always check just to be sure, but from my understanding, State Farm is the only company that does a one % Wind and hail deductible. And other losses."

"Hannah at Adam Rope State Farm Insurance is amazing! When you call, you get to speak with her. If she's on another call she calls you back, she answers all you questions, she tailor's your insurance for your needs she makes suggestions with explanation as to why she suggests you get certain amounts on your policy. We spoke over the phone and set up our home owners policy and car insurance a couple of weeks later we had a Zoom conversation with her to go over all coverages to make sure we were comfortable with what we had chosen. During the zoom she went through our coverages again, we made some minor changes and were all set. Glad to be part of Team State Farm. 10 🌟"
