"Getting around to fixing my sights squarely on a rock chip in my pickups windshield to be repaired at Safelight, where I was quickly informed that showing proof of insurance was/is not the proper procedure…here we go!
Thinking my day was about to turn into chaos, stress and turmoil I followed their businesses instructions and made the call.
To my great surprise, a Ms.Taylor of State Farm answered and honestly she was the Katz meow because after a few painless questions and her reassurance that I would soon to be taken care of was true to her word.
Ms. Taylor was courteous, quick and efficient. Most importantly, to me at the time, very kind and polite bringing a positive and energetic attitude that cut through all of the hurdles like she was genuinely concerned in taking care of her client, me. In under 30 minutes she had the coverage approved, information forwarded and my truck repaired faster than a scalded…well you know.
Thank you Ms. Taylor of State Farm, you are truly appreciated.
Note: I’ve never encountered or met Ms. Taylor before, I am certainly glad she picked up. I hope if you’re ever in a stubborn briar patch like this that you too will get to experience this clever young lady’s professional excellence.
